We serve Alcoholic Beverages therefore Wait Staff
must be 18 or older

 

Bartenders and Wait Staff 
Prefer persons with knowledge of POS System

 Cooks / Prep
 Able to read and follow recipes to cook the items on
our menu (see links on left side of this page)
Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment including meat slicer,
fryer, grill and pizza oven.
Able to work well with others in a fast paced environment and
willing to "pitch-in" when needed for other jobs in the kitchen.

Dishwasher/Maintenance
Must be able to operate commercial dishwasher, hand wash pots/pans
Sweep and wash floors, Throw out garbage.
